Our pizzas are made-to-order using the freshest ingredients.
Charlie’s Pizza comes from years of appreciating both family recipes and the best New York City pizza parlors. The pizza dough is made fresh daily by blending unbleached wheat with virgin olive oil and selected spices. Red sauces are made with Italian pear tomatoes, natural herbs and spices, blended in the the family tradition. We only use “Polly-O Cheeses,” an East Coast tradition. Remember, good quality gets all!

Mushroom, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, onion, kalamata olives and pepperoncinis.

HAWAIIAN 
Canadian bacon, pineapple, bell pepper and onion.

WHITE PIZZA 
Whole milk, ricotta, mozzarella, romano cheese, fresh garlic, olive oil, fresh parsley, black pepper.

CALZONE 
Mozzarella, ricotta, Romano cheese, served with marina sauce. (Additional ingredients extra)
