Layered noodles filled with ground sausage, ground sirloin, ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheeses, fresh herbs, spices and topped with your choice of meat or marinara sauce.
PASTA AL FORNO $9
My mother’s favorite mixture of ziti, rotelle and rigatoni noodles mixed with , ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheeses, meatballs and Italian sausage, fresh garlic, herbs and spices, slowly baked then covered with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella.
PASTA POMODORA $9
Angel hair pasta in a sauce made of olive oil, sweet basil, sprinkled lightly with Romano cheese.
VEGETABLE RISOTTO $9
Arborio rice simmered with white wine and roasted seasonal vegetables.
PASTA WITH MARINARA OR MEAT SAUCE $9
Your choice: angel hair, linguini, spaghetti, rigatoni, rotelle, penne, fusilli, fettuccine(cheese tortellini add $1; add meatballs or sausage $2).
EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA $9
Eggplant is lightly breaded and sautéed in olive oil, layered with mozzarella, Romano and ricotta and topped with your choice of meat or marinara sauce.
PISTACHIO PESTO & MARKET VEGGIE PASTA $9
Summer squash, sweet corn, sweet pepper and cherry tomato tossed with our pesto over fresh linguini (add ½ chicken breast $3 or full $4).
CHICKEN PARMIGIANA $9
Lightly breaded and sautéed in olive oil, then smothered with meat or marinara sauce and melted mozzarella, served with a side of your choice of pasta. VEAL PARMIGIANA add $3
