Layered pasta, ground sausage, ground sirloin, ricotta, mozzarella, romano cheese, fresh herbs, spices. Choice of meat or marinara sauce.

PASTA AL FORNO    
Ziti, fusilli, rigatoni, mozzarella, ricotta, romano cheese, crumbled meatballs, ground sausage, fresh garlic, herbs, spices.

LINGUINI WITH CLAMS (RED OR WHITE)    
Little neck clams, green onion, garlic, butter, olive oil, white wine, herbs, spices.

SHRIMP SCAMPI OVER LINGUINI     
White wine, garlic, EVOO, Italian herbs.

ROASTED IDAHO TROUT     
Brown butter, lemon, capers, sauteed spinach.

CHICKEN MARSALA    
Boneless chicken, Marsala wine, butter, onion, garlic, wild mushrooms. Served with sautéed spinach and roasted potatoes.

PASTA WITH MARINARA OR MEAT SAUCE    
Choice of pasta: angel hair, linguini fini, spaghetti, penne, fusilli, fettuccine. Cheese tortellini available for extra cost. (add meatballs or sausage; ask server for prices) 

EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA    
Lightly breaded eggplant, EVOO, mozzarella cheese. Served with your choice of marinara or meat sauce.

Pink sauce with tomatoes, roasted red peppers, cream.

CHICKEN PARMIGIANA     
Lightly breaded chicken breast, EVOO, mozzarella cheese. Served with your choice of pasta and meat or marinara sauce.

CHICKEN PICCATA
Meyer lemon, capers, white wine, shallots, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh market vegetables.

Gluten free spaghetti and penne pasta available.
